Charges have been brought against a driver involved in a fatal accident. The driver was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
According to reports, the driver was going over 70 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone.
The man eventually lost control of his vehicle going at these excessive speeds and struck a truck. The man killed a 21 year-old who was inside of the truck at the time of the accident. Two others were in the truck and required medical treatment at a hospital.
