A Las Vegas man recently struck and killed a toddler when he was pulling his vehicle out of a drive way. According to reports, the 22 year-old man will not be charged by Las Vegas authorities for causing the accident.
The accident occurred as the child apparently followed the man out of the house. The man got in his car without noticing the child standing behind it. The man then struck the child with the rear tire of the vehicle.
Authorities and emergency officials rushed to the scene of the accident and attempted to help the young child that had just been struck. The child would die shortly later.
