A 58-year-old woman was sent to the hospital with critical injuries after a three-car accident on the Las Vegas Strip early Sunday morning, authorities said. A vehicle hit a curb and became airborne, police said, hitting two vehicles that were stopped at a traffic light. The first vehicle rolled onto its side, authorities said, and a passenger was ejected.
The driver of one of the cars at the traffic signal was taken to the hospital with critical injuries, but her passenger was not injured. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the first vehicle was arrested on felony DUI charges. His passenger was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, police said.
