Two people suffered severe injuries after a Las Vegas car accident at Jones Boulevard and Harmon Avenue. The collision occurred Thursday around 3 p.m., causing major damages to both vehicles.
According to the police report, a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara was struck in the left front by a 2004 Hyundai Accent turning onto Harmon Avenue. The Suzuki was driven by a 55 year-old, while the Hyundai was driven by a 87 year-old. Both were residents of Las Vegas.
Following the accident, the two were rushed to University Medical Center with serious injuries. The 87 year-old required surgery for her injuries. The crash is currently being investigated.
